A Return to Oneness

How can we infuse the earth with love and gratitude?
To begin with, we need to create new habits and new ways of thinking, until the resonance of love and gratitude comes streaming out from our whole being.

One way that perhaps all of us can practice is to give expression to words of love and gratitude.
For example, when we are walking on the earth, we can think or say things like "Thank you, dear Earth! I am so grateful to you for supporting my footsteps!" While drinking a glass of fresh water, we can think or say, “Dear water, how wonderful you are! How refreshed you make me feel! Without you, how could I even live?”

As we keep thinking and speaking in this way, harmonious energy will come to permeate our existence and spread to everything in our environment, reawakening nature's power to heal itself. Don't you think that this is a worth while way to use our limitless creativity? Isn't this a marvellous way to soothe and heal the earth? In living this way, step by step we can change our behavior and return to oneness with everything in nature.
Then, and only then, will the earth naturally revive. — Masami Saionji

Human hearts and nature influence each other

Have you ever reflected on how infinitely nature provides for us?
When we look about us, we notice the air, the sun, the water, the earth, the plants, the animals, minerals and the like. We can say that all things created by human hands originally came from nature.
It is us humans who take the work of nature for granted putting a value and price on it indiscriminately.

Let us use words of light

Grateful words, beautiful words, compassionate words, kind words, bright words, encouraging words, charitable words, joyous words, loving words.
These words are expressions of the Mind of God which act upon a person’s mind and appear in the form of words.

As a light much more radiant than the sun, each of these words release light into the hearts of others and perform a miracle.

It illuminates a dark and gloomy heart, gently melts a cold frozen heart, envelops a hostile heart in warmth, awakens trust in an irritated heart and comforts the uneasy and fearful heart. It encourages a troubled heart, empowers a heart without the power to live which was in despair or crisis, it gives courage to a heart which has been weakened by difficulties.

If each of us were to use any of one of these light filled words, they will live forever, radiating light and releasing wonderful energies within the hearts of humanity, healing the wounded hearts and bringing happiness to everyone.

As such, we need to be more attentive and selective in choosing words that we casually use in our daily lives.
If everyone world wide started to use these words naturally every day, the world will be enjoying unbelievable peace without a doubt.

Gratitude is the basic ingredient for life on earth

How can we practice sending out waves of love and gratitude to the world of nature?

Here is a way that has been growing in popularity since it was introduced by Masami Saionji in 1992. Each day, we set aside a little time to voice the words, expressing deep appreciation to the earth, the oceans, the mountains, the air, rocks, animals, plants and everything else in nature.

You are welcome to join in making these affirmations, and we hope that you may also create some new ones of your own.
