Located at the foot of Mount Fuji Japan on the Asagiri Plateau, surrounded by beautiful mountains and lush valleys, the Fuji Sanctuary was inaugurated over thirty years ago as a meeting place for people to pray for world peace. It is a place of co-creation of peace and hope for humanity and for the development of the divinity of each and every person.
As you meander the grounds of the Sanctuary, the legendary beauty of the soft, harmonious slopes of Fuji “San,” affectionately so named by the Japanese people for their beloved mountain, welcomes you from every corner of the grounds, yielding an indescribable peace. Whether you are visiting with a friend or attending a specific world peace prayer event, the majestic, quiet beauty of Mt. Fuji invites you to set aside your worldly concerns and join in the prayers for the peace of the world, and experience an awakening of your inner self.
At any time of the year, this sanctuary of light is a place where one can enjoy the ever-changing beauty of nature and wander among birds, trees and rocks, and celebrate the oneness of life. A vibrant, refreshing and highly subtle energy overflows the sanctuary’s grounds, and many feel a deep sense of quiet, peace and beauty while visiting here. They sense a lifting of their difficulties, and the divine longing for their true mission becomes crystal clear. Those who join in the prayer events experience a spiritual elevation and their entire being feels embraced by the essence of pure love.
The Fuji Sanctuary is the site of various functions, seminars, and world peace events that many enjoy during their visit, and offers many wonderful experiences for the awakening of one’s own inherent divinity.
The Fuji Sanctuary welcomes all visitors; please contact us for more information.
